Energize 180 provides Stacie, a career-assistance service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name and email address; information you choose to provide about your career, job search, applications, interviews, recruiters, skills, and preferences; content you create or submit through Stacie; and technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Connected services
If you choose to connect a third-party service, such as Google or LinkedIn, we receive only information authorized through that service and the permissions you approve. We use connected-service data to provide the features you request. You may disconnect a service subject to the controls available in Stacie and the third-party service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize Stacie's career features, maintain user-requested workflows, communicate about the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability and functionality.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Stacie, when you direct us to interact with a connected service, or when required to comply with applicable law or protect the security and rights of users and the service.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to connect optional third-party services. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Stacie evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.

For questions or requests to access or delete your information, sign in and open More → Help & Support. Submit a request using the support form and return there to see its status and response. Requests are reviewed manually; submission does not automatically export or delete information.
